open our eyes that we may recognize
the touch of your renewing love
in all the ways you enter our lives.

Come, Creator Spirit, breath of life,
waken in us friendship for every living being
and joy in the creative power you share with us.

Come, Compassionate Spirit,
help us to discover you in the joy of friendship,
the beauty of forgiveness,
the gift of another’s heart in love.

Come, Community-making Spirit,
make us strong and unafraid and powerfully free.
Help us shape a new creation, a better world,
where people live in right relationship and harmony.
Lord and Giver of Life, make everything we touch come alive
with the power of your love.
Come, Holy Spirit!
