In 1998, the Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corporation was established in support of our ministry to help provide housing for those in need. The Corporation works to develop affordable and supportive housing programs in Manhattan, Staten Island, and Nanuet. The housing programs we sponsor include:

Affordable Housing in Manhattan:

Seton House
Casa Cecilia
Fox House- Emergency housing for homeless women and their children

Affordable Housing for Seniors on Staten Island:

St. Vincent’s Manor
St. Elizabeth’s Manor
Sr. Elizabeth Boyle Manor
Joseph House
Lafayette Manor
Markham Gardens Manor

Housing for the Chronically Mentally Disabled on Staten Island:

St. Louise de Marillac Manor

Affordable Housing for Seniors in Nanuet:
