Elizabeth Ann Seton built schools so that children could learn, grow, and pray in safety. Today, in Minneapolis, that sacred trust was shattered. As Sisters of Charity, we grieve with the families, students, and teachers whose lives have been forever changed. Prayer is where we begin, but not where we end. We are called by the Gospel – and by our foundress’ example — to raise our voices for peace and justice, and to stand with all who labor to end the violence of our time.
