God of Mercy and Wisdom,
As the Church gathers in sacred trust and hope,
we pray for the cardinal-electors now entering the conclave.
Still their hearts, steady their minds, and renew their spirits.
Inspire them to choose a shepherd
rooted in Gospel joy and alive to the cries of the poor.
A Pope who listens with humility, leads with courage,
and speaks the truth in love.
We entrust this moment to You, O Spirit of Holiness—
as You once breathed over the waters, breathe now into the Church.
Through the prayers of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton,
St. Vincent de Paul, and St. Louise de Marillac,
may charity shape the path ahead.
Come, Holy Spirit.
Come, Creator God.
Come, Christ, our Light.
